2025 Spring EOP Group Schedule
Joining a therapy group during recovery is crucial for several reasons. These groups offer a supportive environment where individuals facing similar challenges can share experiences, fostering a sense of validation and empathy that reduces feelings of isolation.
Learning from others' experiences and coping strategies provides valuable insights, while the group dynamic encourages accountability and a shared commitment to recovery. Additionally, therapy groups contribute to the development of social skills, helping individuals rebuild healthy connections, and serve as a platform to discuss and normalize the struggles associated with recovery, reducing the stigma around mental health and addiction.
The long-term support network formed within these groups plays a vital role in maintaining recovery beyond formal therapy, making group participation a valuable aspect of the overall healing process.

Is a member of your family struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol?
C.R.A.F.T. is a family support and educational group for those with a loved one facing substance use. C.R.A.F.T. focuses on the family member, not on the loved one struggling with addiction, and gives them healing tools they need to walk alongside their loved one through the healing process.
This group offers positive communication tools for families grappling with the substance use of someone they love. Learn how to have positive interactions that foster change, problem solving, improvement on life, and break isolation.
Additionally, get guidance on how to help a loved one seek motivation for positive change, the importance of timing when approaching the loved one, and much more.
